I had headaches for two months but kept drinking lots and lots of water, now I am caffeine free for 14 months, my carpal tunnel is 95% gone too, life is good, got rid of Facebook too, it helped a lot with blood pressure

I quit caffeine 3 days ago, I had a headache but it was worth it. I feel so much better without caffeine in my body.

Expect aching limbs too, but after a week expect better hydration and better health. I've just done it in the last month. Cold turkey. Feel better for it.

Coffee time is also a social event in my life. Working on changing that. Decades ago I abstained from coffee for a 9 month period. Felt great. I want to restore that feeling.

Just drink less... I used to trink 12 cups a day now I am down to 4 and I have a lot more energy. But if I don’t drink coffee in the morning I don’t get anything done that day

A cup or two of coffee a day is not bad for you. Soda and energy drinks, on the other hand, are pretty bad because of all the sugar.
