i can hear everything but the mic doesnt work. i go into the adjust microphone level menu on ps4 and i unmute the mic and it says it works for a split second and then cuts out and stops working

help me please, i have a Astro a50 gen 1, and the Mixamp TX doesn´t pair, a press the power button during many seconds and doesn´t happent nothing. if i hold the power button on the headset, it puts in pairing mode, but the base doesnt. Sorry for my english, please help me
