For the people confused about why it says no command all you have to do is keep holding the power and volume button even when it says no command, just keep holding them

How do I pair meta 2 to my mini iPad and it says pairing but it’s not

ive gotten 4 different "black screens of death" (not acutally black screens, just softlocks), has anyone encountered any or all of these?
1. Meta logo kept on flashing and vr did not turn off, factory reset fixed it
2. Headset tracking lost and factory reset did not work and the bug eventually temporarily bricked my headset
3. No Command, checking for jammed buttons and repeatedly pressing said button worked
4. Powers on and off whenever plugged in, finally resulting in my headset being bricked.
I got the quest 3s though :)

I keep getting glitches all the time with my headset now I can't open the Oculus menu and select anything I'm just in my home environment can't press any games can't go to the store my controllers are charged I can't pull up the Oculus menu no matter what
