We had a food festival last summer and there was a korean stand and i got tuna kimbap and kinchi. The kimbap was so good however the kimchi was a bit too sour and fermented for my liking (im also a picky eater). Recently tried mild kimchi and it was really good and i enjoy it a lot!!❤

I'm hoping to include kimchi into my daily foods. However, there's 5 others in my home. If I start here, maybe u can wean them into loving real flavor and spices. 😂

actually kimichi as preservered veggie can increase risk of cancer if eats everyday over a long period of time in some study.

I’m curious, I’m Japanese myself. Do Koreans eat Japanese curry rice? Or is that strictly a Japanese thing? Like Kimchi is pretty much a Korean dish, although Japanese people do eat it.
