I’m struggling with my new monstera albo lately. Dealing with rot. I’m going to try this mix and see how it does. The plant only has two big roots and three leaves.

How would you recognize an owerwatered plant? If i have a pot whit drain and only leca, no perlite, do you think i owerwater the plant if i watering every day whit a pump for 15 min?
