Things lemlist needs to change for agencies or anyone running more than one seat themselves:
-Scale pricing: $60 a month and if you have 10 seats, nothing is discounted. I don’t think you get a lowered per seat cost until you have 20, outrageously expensive.
-Can’t Edit a Sequence once it’s Live: Woodpecker, GMASS, etc all allow this, don’t know why Lemlist doesn’t. It’s simple functionality.
-Poor Dev Response: Takes 3 days to get a response from a developer if you have a question about their ever-being-updated platform. In the 6 months I had the service, a dev response handled my question exactly twice. Otherwise it was non sequitur and required another 2-3 days to get a new reply.

Weekly they push out updates to the platform, sometimes more and there’ve been a number of times the platform was partially broken by these constant updates.

Poor HubSpot integration, one of the things that happens fairly often is the HubSpot connection goes bad and disconnects from Lemlist. They say it’s HubSpot’s problem but none of my other integrations are disconnected.

I’m having a lot more successs with Woodpecker, mailshake and GMASS and they’re less than half the price, while scaling way better with number of seats.
