What was done here is, the canal or the drainage where the water has to go through to get out of the car is now completely blocked, and the water will start to build up inside and push out the foam while rotting the surrounding metal, and potentially creating a new holes.

Sadly the foam is absorbing mouse on the inside and just going to accelerate rust around your repair

thats a good repair for the short term, but with cold and heat, and the different expansion of the metal with the filler, i bet within a year or 2 the repair will distort and separate. i would like to have seen some steel mesh used, with some glass cloth, as it would be more durable and less likely to separate over time. its a good repair tho if your just trying to fix something up to sell it, but i doubt it will hold up for long. thumbs up for the easy repair, thumbs down tho as eventually if some one needs to fix it correctly, you made a bunch more work lol. not knocking your repair, but i think there are better options, that are equally as easy and affordable to do .
