Jetstar needs a mention. Cancelled services, nazis at the gate weighing everything including laptops and making people weigh their jumpers ( sweaters for our american friends) because they KNOW your gonna put it back in your carry on, not allowing you to move to vacant seats because it puts the aircraft out of balance ( only airline i know to do this. Ive even had FAs offer me vacant seats).

HK airlines is not really that bad in fact. It's bad when compared to some good asian airlines but when you compare it to European/American Airlines it's good. The asian airlines have set a very high standard (ANA/Eva/Singapore airlines/Cathay ....)

Philippine Airlines not now it has improved a lot...yes when it comes to landing an aircraft try Philippine Airlines oftentimes you cant even feel that youre already on the ground.

Philippine airlines is kinda sucks at maintaining their schedules and most of their flights gets delayed but overall the flight experience is pleasant and the crew actually is very accommodating and helpful and their landings are butter like i went on a PAL flight and the landing seemed none existent because it was smooth as butter

Worst airline should not only consider service but more important is value-for-money. Using the criterion, Singapore Airlines is the worst when traveling economy, especially if you are Singaporean. It minimises soending on economy class passengers do it has more money for business and first class passengers and still make a good profit.

I flew Frontier to Denver last year and it was a nightmare !!! My flight was rescheduled 5 times in the month leading up to the departure date, we left at 5 am and there was no decent meal options, not even the lunch boxes that most airlines have. It was a 4 hour flight and I had to wait til we landed, to get something decent to eat.There's more comfort and luxury on the buses that operate in my city. Will NEVER fly them again. Next time, I'll take Southwest or United, or plan far enough in advance so that I can take the train. I'm loving the train more and more ; the seats are roomy and spacious, they have a car specifically so that you can take in the beautiful countryside, you can get a full meal in the dining car or grab a snack and you have the option of booking a private room. Train travel still has the fun and adventure that flying once did.... I miss those days. 😮😢

You have obviously not flown on Angolan TAAG Airlines. I saw how a live goat as well as live chickens were allowed into the passenger cabin of a 737. When booking you get your boarding pass but still have to make a run for the aircraft when the gate opens

I have a very bad experience at Swiss airline, fly from Hong Kong to Zurique, very bad service .

Ngl Volaris should be bumped to 3, because we just got home flying with these guys, customer service was abit inadequate. With that most people that flew with them knows its common they get delayed alot! And the overpriced food and beverages in flight is ridiculous that your better off buying some before flying.

I would say the worst is Dana Air from Nigeria. They hire inexperienced pilots and their planes are horribly maintained. This incompetence lead to a terrible catastrophe. In 2012 one of their planes whose both of its engines failed crashed an apartment complex. And somehow they're still operating today. And their customer service is the worst. If they end up cancelling your flight they will not refund you. And if you complain to them on social media they'll block you. Their slogan is "the smartest way to fly". Smartest way to fly my ass. More like the dumbest way.

Swiss International is the most inflexible company because its parent owner, Lufthansa, is exactly the same. Horrible extreme greed whilst charging "premium" prices dictates their policies.

easyjet is actually really good and most of the press about it is BS, yes its overpriced but its not in the top 30 worst never mind ten: my opinion
