I can confirm that TAP is not customer-friendly. They denied us boarding at Porto, because our luggage had been on our delayed inbound flight, claiming that the baggage MUST travel with us, which is a joke as all late baggage is normally security screened before loading on a later flight. So they insisted that we, while watching our connection depart without us, had to take a later flight with a change at Lisbon, getting us home more than two hours late. In the end they had to pay us EU-mandated delay compensation for their stubbornness.

It was in summer 2022 : we flew Ryanair, the flight was delayed from a whole hour and another 30 minutes in the plane. But they still didin’t forget the super hard landing 😅

I had to go on TAP once. Our first flight was late, and we missed our flight home. TAP wouldn't even give us money towards food or hotel and gave us a hard time getting a new flight home.

I've flown with easyJet many times. I've never been delayed, the cabin crew always polite and helpful. Never had a lost baggage claim. Once had a flight cancellation due to fog but was reimbursed the full flight cost plus took a flight the next day at no additional cost. By the way you forgot Swissair at number one.

In India there is a huge demand and low supply- specially in the festive, tourist season. Oct- Jan. And suply is limited. In the domestic sector most do not care about service.

I flew easyJet from faro in 2022. Good arrival from Gatwick, On the way back 6 hour delay due to “seat inspection”

I live in Europe and have traveled frequently on every one of the European based airlines, and never have had a problem. If you have bought the cheapest ticket, don’t expect first class or full fare privileges. Be nice to the staff and they will be nice to you. Both the ground and air crew were particularly helpful on my last Ryanair flight. If someone makes a video of the 10 worst airline passengers, it would probably be painful to watch.

I live in TN and my Worst experience was on a Delta 757-200 they had the hardest landing ever in Las Vegas!

I travelled Air Mauritius in Oct 2021, and found them to be absolutely fine. Up there with some of the so-called better airlines👍🏻

Korean was not so bad..the inflight is as good as any standard Airline like Singapore Air etc...except for an hour long delay in departure from Incheon to Auckland, the rest was excellent

My wirst experience is with Eva air hand carry bags have to be wieghed and we have to climb stairs like 3 storey s high not in actual tarmac very hard for those seniors with walking cane .

I dont get why transavia is 6th. I’ve flown with them and the staff were so friendly, the menu was sooo good.
