I was on China Airlines recently. Butter was missing from breakfast. When I asked the crew about it, she was befuddled and had no idea what "butter" was. She simply said it wasn't served with breakfast. Unbelievable!

We flew with Qatar last year. 4 flights with them. All took off late and boarding was haphazard at best, but mostly disorganised and stressful. Never again

Recently flew KLM to a connecting flight from Amsterdam to Vancouver via Iceland. I can recommend KLM but have nothing but bad things to say about Icelandic Air. Poor expensive food choices. Rude attendants and bickering attendants amongst each other made for a stressful flight. 2 toilets for all of economy. Sat at the rear of the plane and had no overhead storage. I basically had people lined up next to me the entire flight for toilets and my handbag between my legs as it wouldnt fit under seat. 737max with no leg room

One of the worst airlines I’ve ever seen is Vietjet Air, I hate this airline because it always delays 1 to 3 hours, also the service is pretty bad. The ads aren’t real too, they said that there are food and many other good stuffs but in reality, there is nothing!

The airline I fly most frequently is United & I have generally had good experiences with them. The two Airlines I’ve had the worst experiences with are Spirit and American Airlines.

Bravo Kuwait Airways for not selling alcohol in the plane 🎉 I wouldn't be happy to sit in the plane with drunk people or get diverted cause people get aggressive when they overdose alcohol

United and American Airlines, both are Terrible in Maintenance and service.
We bought direct flight tickets; they all bumped us to stop over flights Turning 4 hour flights to a 24 Hour flights.
Both are terrible.

Philippine Airlines's old A330 seat configuration is a candidate for the worst airline. No IFE and seats are cramped

Of late Luftansa has degenerated into the WORST AIRLINES IN THE WORLD with very poor management, horrible customer service and perhaps the worst airline punctuality. I used to fly Luftansa before but have vowed never again to fly them after the miserable experience not once nor twice but many a times. Till you reach your destination you are like in a war zone with neither the staff, at the airport, helpful, nor their transit visa requirements standard nor their help to stranded passengers anywhere near desirable. I will give it 0 out of 10 rating. I really wonder how they can be so bad!!! Even their local bus service is better managed than Luftansa. Shame on them.
