It's amazing when you realize how much great food is put on earth for us to enjoy. I don't think I'll ever be able to appreciate oysters, but I'm sure this is exciting for many.

I am from new england and love the fact we have so many areas for fresh oysters. Each region has a different taste so when you are at an oyster bar you have your pick of 7-8 regions ranging from sweetness to levels of brine. They are delicious.
