It's a pretty awkward movement when you are in a store and you get mistaken for an employee by another customer.

Huge thanks to Playtech for letting us film at their amazing store!

Should've taken off the shirt and then just "shade away" while confused Rowan is trying to find the suddenly missing employee...

I love how rowan just treats the customer like a wild animal near the end by just making loud noises and trying to appear bigger to get him into the back

There's always a new level of terrifying that Rowan is surprisingly capable of.

would be funny to see like 10 more scared people in red shirts trying to escape the backroom. That is probably how all the employees started working there.

New employee in the backroom: "Black shirt guy forced me to go here " -Adam : " he did the same to me 3 years ago "

"Gaming laptop, top of the line, under $100"

Sounds like a typical customer.

Rowan: "Not only do you now work here, but you're getting a paycut on top of that!"

I love Rob so much. He is such a good DM and as proven in that light he is a great character actor!

This finally explains the “You get paid?” Comment from Adam, as Rowan has clearly been stealing customers and coercing them into forced labor. Adam was never a real employee to begin with!

That employee is totally slacking, good thing Rowan handled him. Best Manager ever!

That momentary smug look by Rob where he actually thinks Rowan showing up saves him from Ben, before it just disolves into utter despair is the best moment of the entire scene! Also Ben's nerve on the forehead gets more pronounced the more he explains what he wants to Rob.

When Rowan comes around, you never know if he will actually take care of the situation or just make it worst. :D

This has legitimately happened to me. I was in a car dealership when a guy walked up to me and started asking me about a car that I was standing in front of. Thinking he was just making casual conversation I talked with him for awhile until he asked me a question I didn't know the answer to.
"You work here, shouldn't you know?"
"Actually, I don't. I'm just waiting for a test drive"
The look on his face was priceless

This happened to my friend at a store once. He wasn't even wearing employee colors, he just had a lanyard on and three or four people stopped him asking for help while we were trying to shop. I took his lanyard away and put it in my pocket so people would stop bothering him. It was in the nick of time, too. I saw the manager getting pretty miffed he wasn't helping any customers, but once the lanyard was gone, the manager seemed to lose sight of him.

Interestingly, Robert wasn't supposed to be in this episode, but he showed up with his red shirt on and the guys just assumed he was part of the skit and made him act it out.
