My dad is a structural engineer who provides for our whole family of 6, and refuses to send my 90 y.o. Grandpa to a retirement home - commits to showering him everyday, working beside him at home, spending time with him. We could have easily hired someone. As his son, he is true representation of one.

Been married 46 years. My wife is in advance dementia. I took a Vow before God for better for worse richer report in sickness and health till death do us part. I’m holding up my vow. I’m keeping her comfortable in our home until the Lord takes her.

My wife was a follower of Him. She routinely said great things about me, not only to me, but to our kids. I lost her (earthly loss) in November. She knew me for nearly 40 years (34 married, 5 dating). Her last words to me were, "you've been a GREAT husband to me!" Wow--what a gift! I miss her SO MUCH!! She was always a beacon of Christ to me and others...

I just spent the last 4 months care taking for my momma (cancer) 2 sundays ago I sat with her alone all night long as she transitioned and passed on. I'm shattered, trying to find my path again. Scripture and these talks help. Thank you.

I was physically a man at the age of 18. 50 years later I look back and I realize that I was a child mentally and spiritually for a majority of my life. My immaturity was astounding. These days, my wife and my surviving son are my focus. I’m physically disabled but that’s not what defines me anymore. You’re right man. I served alongside SEALs for 3 years but wasn’t a SEAL. I met my wife five months after my discharge and she has stayed with me for 44 years. The Bible says that a man that finds a wife has been gifted by God and is blessed by God. You preach good brother! Keep it coming Chad!

Thanks for the chat, Chad. It hit home. My husband relocated over 3k miles from our home for more than four months to be by my side while I provided end-of-life care for my elderly mother in the comfort of her home. He took care of everything so I and my siblings could concentrate on providing Mom the best care to the end. Before she died she called us to her bed 3x believing it to be her last night on earth, only to wake up surprised in the morning. Each time she told us she could not have asked for a better ending to a perfect life and thanked us each for the role we played. She did not forget my husband. So the Lord blessed me with not one but three "final talks" with my mother. Some people don't get one, and I was blessed with three. I thank the Lord every day for blessing me with such a Godly man to make it all possible.

I will never sacrifice my happiness for another woman or any other human. Tried and was lied and cheated on. I've always considered myself a man of God and I believe in my heart he showed me who she really was after we had 2 kids together. 💔
I'm very thankful for my kids but I'll never forget the pain of being Deceived!

This is amazing that you posted this tonight I’ll explain my wife is dying and I can’t do anything to stop it but I can make her time left for her to have dignity and respect I made her a promise I would never have her committed and I was weak tonight wondering if I could keep doing it and you posted this video I am so thankful for it god bless

I'm 34 and been married for 15 years and started dating my wife when she was 16. I've given every bit to her but haven't lost a thing. She gives it back and has given me 3 daughters, now she home schools them. I'd make the same sacrifice a 1000 more times.
