Dr Berg, if ever the Chinese proverb, "doctors should be paid whilst people are healthy" applied to a single person, it applies to YOU.
I've decided to order your products as a way to repay all you do... thank you.

I make hot chocolate with a spoonful of pumpkin butter, coconut butter, cacao powder, a bit of raw honey. So amazing keeps me full, reduces all cravings and gives me stable energy. Healthy fats are everything! Also pumpkin seed butter is amazing 😻

Pumpkin seeds get rid of head aches for me better than any medicine, and I’ve had an aneurism and now got Metal in my head so I’m very sensitive to inflammation. Pumpkin seeds and the cultured drink Kafir changed my life, also cutting out junk food.

Love pumpkin seeds sprinkled on top of my salads, or roasted with macadamia nuts and pecans!

I eat them everyday, I love them. Maybe some days I’ll take a break from eating them

Even though Dr. Berg says that a keto diet is OK remember he stresses to eat lots and lots of vegetables Which is very very important! That’s the main thing that Keto and Vegans agree on.

Pumpkin seeds, a cornerstone food of the keto diet, imo. Personally, I have an ounce at lunch and dinner.

I gently roast pumpkin seeds in olive oil and australian sea salt. A great snack by itself or I love them in salads.

Hiya Doc. Been a relatively newer subbed fan. Alot of your videos have reinforced what I have actually been doing while some have really added to my own knowledge. Lost 270 lbs in about a year and a half naturally using a modified ketogenic diet.. just had my first skin removal and chest reconstruction surgery in August. Doing my legs in December.. thanks for putting your info out there. Jim, Austin, TX

Doc Eric,
Another GREAT video.
You mentioned Manganese in the Pumpkin Seeds.
On our Organic Farm, we also grow pumpkins, but we also grow Pili Nuts. They are loaded with Manganese and many other fantastic nutrients.

Of course we also have lots of Coconuts for making Organic Coconut Oil - as well as the Organic Coconut Water and Organic Coconut Vinegar.

You mentioned Chocolate.
We Grow our own Organic Cacao! OMG, it tastes so much better than anything you can buy commercially because we harvest the cacao when it's at the peak of ripeness. We process it naturally and consume it as a treat, or in hot water. Much better than coffee in my personal opinion!

Continued Successes!

I mix my raw pumpkin seeds with dried berries and eat by the handful. It's my go-to daily snack.
