At 61, my Daddy kept experience "indigestion". When he finally went to the Dr for a stress test, they stopped the treadmill and sent him 2 hours away to the biggest city that could perform 6 bypasses. He is currently 100 and never had another problem. Changed how he ate and is now the poster child for bypass surgery.

Honestly, a lot of these symptoms can be attributed to many other things that are not heart related. As someone who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and anxiety, I've had 90% of these, even all at once. I've had my heart thoroughly checked and all is well - for now. Sometimes the thing with a heart attack is that it just happens, no warning, no signs, no symptoms or very little symptoms like my Mom had...her only symptom was a sudden shortness of breath. Imagine if every time I was short of breath I ran to the ER.

That's my main issue, knowing when to go to the ER. If I went every time I had symptoms, I'd be there every single week.

Thank you Dr. Mandell for raising awareness for those who don't have anxiety and raising anxiety for those that do.

Many of us can only try and understand this mother’s elation after hearing her son tell her good morning. The rest of us are still praising God for His Love and Blessings.

Just home recovering from two stints (which began clotting right away) and five bypasses. Never saw it coming, because I live an active life, do not drink or smoke - but I just didn't recognize these early symptoms. Wonderful team of doctors and nurses! I have been given extra time here and I pray God I use it well! Not wanting to go, or in a hurry - but we all have a date...

The fact of the matter is knowing this won't help as no hospital will do anything about those symptoms other than take an ecg and if the ecg doesn't show anything, you're still going to have a problem.

Most of these symptoms are what you can experience due to just stress and anxiety. Currently I have a heavy chest pain but I know where it stems from, bad posture while sitting for long periods, the pain shines through to the ribcage. What I want to say with this comment is that you should always try to live as healthy as you can and of course listen to your body, but even the body can act like a woman: Says one thing, means another thing. Sometimes there's nothing wrong at all and you just feel sick for no reason. I guess it's some chemical imbalance or something.

Just try to stay healthy with good nutrition and exercize and hope that you can stay healthy for a full and long life.

After hearing this I think I need to see my heart Dr. again. My stress level has been off the charts for two weeks. When I get angry or anxious, my stomach hurts and after being on my BP meds for a month my BP is still running 140/90. The last stress echocardiogram I had the Doctor found a pinhole tear in the upper left chamber. He said we needed to keep an eye on that. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into your channel. It's deeply appreciated! 😊

My father had a fatal massive heart attack in front of me as a child, then passed outside in his car and crashed. Aside from an unbelievably toxic wife causing systemic stress to his mind and body, he took incredible care of himself, nutrition, exercise, stayed lean, no vices, etc. In the minutes preceding the event, he was incredibly hot and sweaty, complained of thirst, and was otherwise coherent.

I can have all of these symptoms at once because of different issues so I am really glad you told us before about the benefits of cayenne pepper...I take it daily. I remember you telling us it can stop a heart attack in its tracks and then I heard that from another holistic doctor as well, so I've started taking it daily. Thank you, doc! Be blessed. 🙏💖✨

I think the key is try to get to know yout body .
Each person is very different.
If you arw not comfortable with how you feel you have it checked it.
Although this information is very helpful we still have to be careful.
Mind over matter is also a dangerous thing.
Try to do our check ups, exercise, try to keep our stress levels down and try to eat as healthy as we can.
Some things arejust beyond our control
