Hello from Italy! We don't hate russians, we are upset because of what one is doing against Ucraine and against russian people. Waiting for a new era in Russia to come soon, an era of peace and respect for you all and for the whole world 😘

You are a nice person and should not suffer from what your government did, but at the same time I feel much worse for Ukranians than for Russians. You have sanctions, they have horrible suffering and death of family.

Russians are not hated worldwide. ❤
At least not here in Europe.
But we hope so very much all Russians will see what's going on.
Together, you have got all the power!

Hello from the UK. 💖 It's devistating what is happening in Ukraine, truly, but its also devistating how this will change Russia and affect regular people like yourself. All we can hope is that peace will prevail, sooner, rather than later. I know some people say "why not stand up to your leaders" but, it's not that straight forward for most regular people (see Winter on Fire - A netflix documentary on youtube, where Ukrainians are doing just that, more devistation). I hope Russia is able to once again grow and integrate with the world in the future, under different leadership and mindsets perhaps... I can't believe this is happening in 2022 tbph, as the world is (or should be) ever closer and boundaries where fewer (until recently). As a side note, I think you may have to be careful about your wording surrounding this situation, I heard using "war" is not allowed.. Oh and your English is almost better than mine :) Stay safe, Peace!

Greetings from Canada.
My hatred for Putin's Russia is impossible to put into words 😡 My sympathy is with the Russian people and especially the ones that understand the true scope of what's currently being carried out. My dream was to visit Russia one day as I'm an enthusiast of history, however I'm not so sure this will be an option in my lifetime. It's my sincere wish that Putin is soon overthrown and someone with a 21'st century mindset soon steps in. Ukraine must be made whole again after this is over and only then Russia will be welcome back into the modern world.
Keep up the informative videos and keep safe 🙏

Us little folks here in the USA are sorry you have to go through this, we suffer as well from clueless, despotic leaders

I have a couple of Russian friends, and they certainly are struggling now. War is horrible for everyone on all sides. Most of these friends are teachers who are teaching foreigners how to speak Russian, and at least one of them no longer has a job at all because even her students that want to continue classes with her cannot pay her since the banks won't transfer the funds to Russia.

My dad was also living in Kyiv when the invasion began, and he had to leave everything behind except for two suitcases, and after ten days he was finally able to cross the border and a week later returned to the US. But he is also now basically unemployed with the only thing he owns being the clothes in those suitcases. He doesn't blame the Russian people as a whole, just your president.

Zdravo from Brisbane, Australia😊
Thank you for your posts to keep us informed.
You may be interest to know that inflation has started to hit us very hard here too, not to the extent of that in Russia but for poor people it’s significantly affecting their lives.
I just want to say that I believe most people in the west are very sympathetic towards both the people of Ukraine and of Russia.
There is only one Russian that we despise!
I hope things improve for you and the people of Russia soon.
I’ve generally found Russian people to be very friendly and hospitable the same as I have with Ukrainians.
I believe that peoples love and respect for humanity will prevail in the end.

Pozdrav😊

Hi there, the sanctions also effects us here in Germany. You have to understand and spread out that the sanctions are not against the ordinary proud russian people. You know the reason and for whom, not only one person, but also for those got brainwashed for years and living under his threats. I feel sad for all others. A change can only happen from inside. Be strong, be brave and stay healthy. Subscribed your channel too.

Hi, thank you so much for keeping open some form of dialogue with the outside world.
I have seen a few videos now of interviews with Russian people, especially the youth. They all seem so intelligent and beautifully presented. But also fatalistic and resigned to the future. I also have seen the youth of Ukraine on todays BBC news site. They do not seem as worried about how sanctions will hurt them, the loss of McDonalds, Facebook or how they will be able to upgrade their Iphone. In fact the ones I saw were two children unable to speak. A girl of 15 who wanted to die as she couldn't cope with the loss of her leg that had been blown away by a Russian missile along with her home and family. And a boy of six that was struggling after shrapnel had been removed from his brain and intestines, he was finding hard to come to terms with watching his mum burning to death beside him in their car that was hit by Russian soldiers when they tried to flee. It seems like both your countries are suffering but that maybe some of the suffering is a little bit more for some?
Its easy for us to say you need to do more to stop this, but hard for you, we know that. You are all good people, but you need to shake off this 'There's nothing I can do so I'm not going to bother' attitude.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” John Stuart Mill
