I just completed a 5-day water fast to purge my body and test my mental limits. In this video, I show you the full daily experience of fasting, share the health benefits, explain why fasting is important to me, and of course, reveal the end changes to my body. I started this fast at 129 lbs and five days later ended at 120.7 lbs. More importantly, I feel lighter and mentally sharper.

Im starting the 5 day water fast tomorrow and will eat on Tuesday. Im 65kg currently and hoping to lose 3kg at least. Then im planning to do the 5 day fast monthly until i reach my goal of 47kg. Im 4ft 9" so nhs bmi cal told me i should be around 39-52kg. 18kg to go 💪🏽i was 105kg during pregnancy, ive lost 40kg thus far 👏

Please can someone tell me if you can still take vitamins while fasting? Im vit D deficient and take them daily also have anemia on and off if i dont watch iron intake my body doesnt store the iron i get from food no matter what can i take these and still fast?

When I fast, I drink gts kombucha. Maybe 2 of them. Because it is liquid, your body does no work to digest it and the little bit of carbs will give you energy and alert. But you will still be hungry 😂
