To everyone saying it's just water weight, not true. In January 2023 I did this for 6 days I lost 5.5 kilograms. I went from 85 kilos to 79.5 kilos. Right after eating again I gained back 1.5 kilograms (that 1.5 kg was likely water weight) but I slowly lost it again over 2 weeks and went back to 79.5. I did it again this month, October 2023 I'm 74 kilos now. If what you were saying was true I would have gained all of the lost weight back immediately and it would have stayed that way.

Your body needs energy to keep itself alive just for basic functions if you're not getting that energy from food your body will have to burn the fat it has stored. Some of it is definitely water weight (like I said as soon as I started eating again I gained 1.5 kilos so maybe that much was) but most of it was still fat. My request is please don't comment on things if you do not have any practice experience or valid education on it it's called misinformation.

Amazing work!! I'm starting my 7 day water fast today and hope to see some results and feel more energetic! I've done 4.5 days in the past so I'm gonna aim a bit higher 😁

basically from what i’ve seen and read, when water fasting, when you reach about a week your body starts to eat its own fat stored, so you gain a higher metabolism because your body isn’t getting enough food it eats its own fat in a way. Haven’t tried it yet but i’ve done tons of research on it, but this means like 2 gallons a day to stay somewhat healthy!

They say SHORT fasting increasing your metabolism by 14%. I searched it up, they did a study with healthy males. It takes around 2 weeks for it to finally start slowing down and apperently a month or so for it to speed up. Since age 1 to 20, each year your metabolism decreases by 3%. Also a small fast would work because I can lose weight and keep it off because of the native/normal food I eat everday, it doesn't make me gain weight, I'm always on the same weight. Unless theres a party then I might just eat a bunch of sweets that make me gain 1-3 lbs but I quickly come to my normal weight. Especially everytime I get sick and it affectes my apetite I tend to lose a few pounds but I never gain it back even when I'm not sick anymore.

don’t starve yourself guys. i know. being in the hospital bc you want to lose weight by NOT EATING 😮 is probably the worst mental illness to overcome.

You can replace fat with water quicker by using a sauna and drinking tons of water. I eat whatever I want within moderation. I’ve stayed at 210 lbs consistently for two years now. Im 6’4” so that’s a healthy weight considering my muscle growth.
