One of the most common questions I get about my fast. "Do you just gain back all the weight you lost." What really maters is what you do after the fast as far as keeping any of the weight loss.

That's why I fasted for 30 full days, to capitalize on that extra week + of fat burning weight loss window. I lost 24lbs but regained the 10lbs. How do some of you guys maintain or trend more fat/weight lost? After week 1of refeeding, week 2 I try to keep up with Intermittent fasting. Sometimes it's tough to keep up with, i want to be consistent with 18-20hrs fast so I can work out during the fat burning hours.

I lost 85lbs in 6 months and kept off 80lbs. I think is how you go back to eating. I went back to omad and very low carbs

The obvious point being missed here is that you need to do a water fast about 2-3 times a year minimum (depending on how long it is). Fasting isn’t a one off fix. You have to build them into your year at regular intervals and also have periods of 16:8 running up to them and tailing off. The more time you can spend on 16:8 in between full fasting periods the better

No matter what calorie restriction diet you do will lose water weight in the first 10 days, getting back to your old habits of eating will bring back the weight you Lost no matter if its fat or muscle or water

Dont u feel gastric problems while fasting?.
And also i hav one more question, after water fasting, what if i do omad and stick to it.will it regain back all the fat that ive lost.? I wish to do omad for the rest of my life as a Yogi.

Did you have any problems due to low salt potassium magnesium in the first four or five days after you broke your fast what did you eat for the first four or five days

I lost 10lbs on a 72 hour fast but when I weighed myself 5 days later it was only a pound and a half.
