Starfield's reference to Fallout 4's Diamond City

Did you spot this easter egg in Starfield?

Starfield takes place in the year 2310 in the far reaches of space. So finding reference to a very specific earthly location and time is worth taking a closer look at.

By far the easiest place to spot this reference is on board The Frontier. You’ll be given access to this ship very early in the game and if we take a look inside, on a shelf above the bed we can see an object displaying a baseball.

This easter egg is likely a reference to Bethesda’s previous game, Fallout 4. Fallout 4 takes place in, you guessed it, Boston and a key location from the game both narratively and geographically is Diamond City, a settlement built within the ruins of the Fenway Park Baseball Stadium. The 1978 play off baseball that we see in starfield references the 1978 American League East Tie Breaker game that saw the Boston Red Sox beaten by their rivals, the new york yankees, a game which took place at Boston’s Fenway Park.

Another fallout easter egg. The earth relic museum on Titan is run by a guy called Lyon who says he's the one of colony's elders. Elder Lyon.

And there's a baseball in the museum as well, and what kind of looks like an elder scroll too.

He also just so happens to have the same voice actor as lancer captain kells from fallout 4.

I have an Easter egg too in starfield. If you go into the chunks store in new Atlantis one of the chunks have the red rocket on it from fallout 4

Would have been cool for the people who can just pinpoint a location really damn well and can find where Sanctuary would be in Starfield on Earth and just put a rusty T-51 helmet dug in the ground. Can be obtainable, can not be obtainable. Would just be really cool if it was there.

Sam Coe's necklace is a piece of cobalt ultracite, and After the update sam coe speaks about how his grandfather made a grav drive to escape earth prior to victor aiza... possibly from the fallout world is my theory.

I hope they make a DLC where you hear a call from earth and it's a vault, it could have an power suit to wear as a spacesuit and a vaultsuit as clothing.
