the title is misleading, you cant lose body fat on specific body parts you can only lose general body fat and for that you need to be in a caloric deficit.

Maintain a calorie deficit, have a balanced exercise program and take long regular walks and you'll be fine. Focus on patience and consistency and not on trying to lose fat in a specific area.
