You should add the calorie count with the exercises. That would be a lot of help for everyone

Still one of my favorite videos for all my limitations. And I lost 30lbs this year thanks to this head start. I did have to modify a few jumping moves for high kicks & the end before start jumps start for crunches & bicycling on my back. But I was able to keep pace & loved everything about this video

I am so extremely exhausted but by thinking that I must have lost 90+ calories at least by doing it its all gonna worth it in end! I will keep on going and going!

tryna lose my double chin
day 1- really got my heart pumping, im tired and sweaty af
day 2- my legs are sore, probably need to rest a few days :|
day 3- Im at it again, Got me tired and sweaty like day 1
day 4- skipped
day 5- not as tired as my first day, Im kind of getting used to this

It's a really good workout I did it before, and I lost a lot of weight, including face fat, with a portion control diet..
