Great, would love to see more people doing this. I built solid six pack in less than a year with those 3 excerices, I didn't have 6 pack whole my life, im 30 now and I look better than ever, and it even wasn't my goal to look good but to get less stiff and more strong in my low back and core.

I stated warning up with this routine a few weeks ago. I realized the other day that I'm suddenly way more aware of my core during workouts.

I had agonizing lower back pain for most of my adult life. Tried everything under the sun - stretching my hamstrings, using a roller, yoga, etc. Everything worked temporarily but the pain would always return at some point. Without any exaggeration, the McGill 3 completely eliminated my back pain. Lifesaving.

Same, ever since I read Stuart McGill's book Back Mechanic, I've been doing these exercises as a warm up before any weight training. Just a bit of daily maintenance to make sure I'm keeping my spine in good health.

Seeing this has been very helpful to know how to do the McGill Big 3 - for low back pain due to muscle spasms - particularly with regards to the side plank foot placement. Thank you.
