Small bit of advice, if you’re nervous or scared of not achieving or accomplishing a goal, then that’s how you know that you genuinely care about that goal.

Goggins is on point here. I remember being a scared shitless private in basic training in the army. I thought there was no way I could do what I had to to graduate. I was thinking of quitting every day. I don't know how I did it, but I did. I still carry the lessons I learned about what the human mind and body are truly capable of when you knock down the walls of self doubt, insecurity and low self worth. It's all mental. You are capable of way more than you could ever imagine. I never imagined I could do pushups of 3 hours straight. Or run 5 miles at a 7 minute pace. It's all in your mind. The mind follows the body.
