Goals help feed that natural inclination to evolution. Here's to everyone looking to stay focused 💯. These videos certainly assist with that!

I have a really big goal that I procrastinate on but sometimes I do it and while I'm working on it, I listen to your long videos. And now when I run into your shorts, it automatically reminds me of doing my thing. Kinda makes me wanna go and do it. U're the best online mentor. Thank you for all the videos and advice.

Good idea Chris! I think it's ok to set smaller goals and after you reach them, you can set bigger goals!💯😺

There’s a similar idea in teaching, the proximal zone of development. If the rigor is too low, you’re not stretching yourself and growing. To high and it’s it’s inaccessible. Chunking can help but also planning. This is where a good coach is really helpful bc we don’t see those blind spots in our habits and performances.

Agree 100%, that's gold! Especially that point of setting a big goal, which you don't work towards accomplishing, but it only tricks your mind into thinking: oh, I'm as great as that future me!
Really love your content, it's been of a great help. Thank you.

Thank you for that. I'mma adopt this into my current goals.

I think it's also helpful to have what I call "GOAL TIERS" ... 🏆😢

Where it feels like ..
1. "I can defos knock this out"
2. "It's a stretch, but I can make it" (like the one you mentioned last)
3. "Umm, well .. it's crazy, but let's do it"

.. having these in such a way that the smaller ones feed into the bigger ones.

I guess you could say, the biggest one sets the direction, the middle gives us a challenge, and the smaller one gives us a fueling reward.

Thanks @TheFutur for igniting this thought process ✨

I agree with this statement, but how do we recognize when we’re the goal that we set for ourselves?

Looking for something that I might be good at and have set a purpose for myself I know age isn't the factor as you can learn and do what you can whenever it's possible but the fleeing time does hunt you although I still did set goals for myself, I'm 28 no job sadly will hope to land in the freelancing world and work my way to be a logo designer from but still stuck at overthinking that it might take me much longer to get where I want to be, yet I will keep on trying to just make it happen for myself atleast
