Thank you, I started gym yesterday and was already unmotivated... Honestly, I never get motivated, I just get "yay objective reached. Noice. '-'." And it doesn't help me. Although I can do it anyways. Aside that, thank you a lot.😊

Great video bro. However “Specific” refers to creating a goal with details. For example: I want to be able to do 10 pull ups successfully by the end of the month, rather than setting a goal of becoming stronger. Stay blessed and thank you for making this content.

The 'specific' part is actually wrong. It is supposed to be what exactly the goal is. The specific goal itself

Unfortunately its the time problem for me. Hard to set time to do stuff when your boss puts out the schedule the day before the week starts
