My behavior was based on my lack of respect and empathy at the time, not my ex's personality. I cheated and walked away instead of just walking away before the cheating. It’s on me not on him.

I believe people won’t cheat if they have strong values and morals that tell them they shouldn’t cheat. But the person has to stand firm on their beliefs. And to the contrary if people don’t have morals and values they are likely to not only cheat on you but steal from you, lie to you and whatever else they feel like doing.

Hey, I have an idea. How about ending the relationship first if you are that unhappy or dissatisfied and take responsibility for your own actions, it is not the man's fault or other persons fault, it's a lack of values and complete disrespect for yourself and your partner.

The example that comes to my mind hearing her speaking is when a woman settles for the man she knows is nice and will take care of her but is not her true physical type.

As a woman who has cheated in the past I can 100% say it was as a result of what was alive in me and unhealed at that time. Relationships are a mirror reflecting back what is present within us. We can activate those wounds within each other but it’s not the other persons fault. We’re actually being provided with an opportunity to witness, hold space, heal, and grow from the pain. Blaming others keeps one in patterns. Until I woke up to that truth I lived as a victim of life and my circumstances.

When she said "when women cheat, it has less to do with the women and more to do with the man she selected" I kinda agreed. But when in the end she said "she has no fear of losing so she has openness to try other alternatives" that is, in my opinion, totally wrong and disrespectful of that woman if she does (the imaginary woman we are talking about, not the woman in video)

Because, like imagine it yourself, if you got a partner that is so open to you, and you guys have a really strong, dynamic, and open conversations and chemistry, then why would you cheat such peaceful person just to try adventure with other alternatives? Like if everything is already great in your relationship and you don't have fear of losing him, then you can fearlessly focus on yourself with the peace in your mind that neither me nor him gonna cheat so we both are in safe and healthy relationship.

Like I don't get it why women cheat on a 'strong and healthy and peaceful relationship' just to try something 'spicy and toxic' with other alternatives

She is correct men who "ALLOW" disrespect in the relationship where he is a people pleasure and cowers down, he gets walked on, over-powered, and constantly told how to move by his woman gets cheated on...she is his momma not his lady. She runs the show. Men who have direction with their life and on purpose, and sets the boundaries in the relationship barely deal with that behavior. When a woman is doing everything in their relationship like a man, she will not respect his authority. She naturally starts to seek out a stronger male. SMH.

Perhaps at one time. Today, it seems more like unhealed trauma, validation seeking, and narcissistic personalities. Maybe, if you're dealing with two emotionally healthy people. Thats unusual today, unfortunately. Choosing a man like that to begin with, was probably intentional. They don't change THAT much.
