Love love this. I do tend to reach for my phone, but that's mostly to help me wake up - I feel that if I try to meditate as soon as the alarm rings, I'll just fall back asleep! But I'll go ahead and try this routine :) At the very least it would be doable during weekends when I can wake up at my leisure! Thanks for the lovely video as usual~
