I absolutely love your home workouts. It's convenient to do anytime. The way you edit your videos is on point. No pointless banter at the beginning of your video. You get straight onto the work out, have countdowns and previews of the next workout so we know we can do it straight after. Shows we can all keep fit and healthy without having a gym membership!

I went to Europe on a high school trip and visited France, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. My absolute favorite I never expected was Austria! It is so gorgeous and the people were so nice to us Americans (the other countries not so much) lol I found your videos on my at home fitness journey and you’ve kept me coming back no matter how hard it was! I began to feel so much more energetic and my confidence grew. I still go to your videos almost every day! Thank you so much for being an inspiration!!! You got this mom of 4 33 lbs down and 25 more to go! Thank you! ♥️

literally crying, because i can relate so much, im just after aesthetics at first, and it all crash down to not eating, losing my period, getting cold all the time, always irritable, depressed, light headed, hair falling out and it turn to binge eating, devouring evry meal in front of me, a yoyo effect it was, i gained triple of my first weight. BUT I HOPE YOU BELEIVE ME WHEN I SAY YOU ARE AN ANGEL ANNA! God send you to wake me up, bring me enlightenment, and you made me strong, and stronger everyday! I love you Anna, I literally owe you everything that I am right now, a person with a healthy mindset, healthy relationship with food and strong thicc thighs!!

Thank you for that encouragement you transmit in your training you teach and transmit to us that energy that motivates and in my case say I Can . I always trained, karate, swiming until my dad died and i fell into a depression, i lost shape, i gained fat and after years i had cancer in my arm , but it is people like you who help me and now even though my arm is but not 100 %, i do it, because my goal is to be fit, but more than that, to be happy and love myself. Thank you.

Liebe Anna, ich mache schon länger deine Workouts, fast täglich, und wusste nicht, dass du auch in Österreich aufgewachsen bist bzw hier lebst. Jetzt habe ich gleich noch mehr Bezug zu dir und deinen Workouts ;) Auf diesem Wege möchte ich mich auch mit ganzem Herzen für deine tollen Trainingsessions bedanken. Wie du musste ich auch vor ein paar Jahren meinen Lieblingssport aufgeben, und bin jetzt sehr happy mit (deinen) Home Workouts. Danach gehts mir immer viel besser. Alles Liebe aus Wien!
