CLOSING TIME
In the last few days of his life, the Doctor pays a farewell visit his old friend Craig, and encounters a mystery. People are going missing, a silver rat scuttles in the shadows of a department store, and somewhere close by the Cybermen are waiting.

I like to think that off screen the Doctor visits Craig every once in a while

That line is very underappreciated, because it's referencing the start of every regeneration. Where the doctor forgets who he is for a short time.

I always felt that 11 is unfairly overlooked by some older whovians. For all the bad episodes he had one of the most distinctive personalities that a doctor has had.

Matt Smith is one of my favorite--if not most favorite incarnations.

The Doctor can defeat Daleks, Cybermen, The Master and all sorts of other creatures but I bet he would quiver in fear as soon as the local Karen comes into the shop and asks to speak to the manager.

11/Matt Smith was my absolute favorite. I love how he interacts with kids and with his companions, he really showcased who the Doctor is supposed to be - playful, goofy, fun, despite all the darkness around and within him. Really miss this era of Doctor Who.

This is one of my favourite moments of the 11th Doctor! He is so fun and compassionate and child-like, I don’t know how to describe it other than beautiful and magical. If there was a toy store, with a man in there like that, I’d want to live there!
