Oh so when the Doctor stands on a rock and shouts at the sky, he's protecting the planet. But when I do it, I'm "mentally ill" and "no longer welcome at Stonehenge"

"A man who can turn an army around by a mention of his name"

I love how sometimes the Doctor wins by just straight up existing.

I love how Eleven can act all silly and awkward but at the end of the day he is still the Oncoming Storm.

Great psychological tactic. Typical bystander effect.

“Excuse me, I’m being extremely clever up here and no one’s standing around looking impressed! What’s the point in having you all!?”

I think this is the first time Rory actually sees how much influence the Doctor has in this universe and how much good he has done

I love this. He's basically saying: I am the Doctor. And when I'm talking, you should be listening. And when I'm not talking, you should be running. Because new face or not, I am still the Doctor. And I will do something Why aren't you running yet!?!

And there he stood... Arms raised high, daring his enemies to take the But none did... None were brave enough to take out their greatest enemy.... The scariest thing about him is when he's silent.. But when he yells.... Oh the yelling, you can hear it for They've seen him mad... They've seen the fury of a timelord.... He stood defenceless in front of them... And yet.. They were still too scared.. Too Too horrified... Of him.

I feel like after a while of destroying armies by himself without firing a shot, the Doctor just realized how OP he is and weaponized the concept of "literally when in all of eternity have any of you actually beat me?"

People who say Matt Smith was a bad Doctor, who say he couldn't act or wasn't near the level of David Tennant. *So Wrong.*

I think that this moment perfectly encapsulates The Doctor's power and presence. Of Course, it's just a fake out to try to lure The Doctor into the Pandorica. But just this scene at it's own is marvelous. It delivers just how threatening and imposing The Doctor can be even when he doesn't have anything to back him up. It just takes me back to the 1° Season Finale of the Series Revival, Bad Wolf when The Doctor has this rather awestrucking exchange with The Daleks:

Doctor: "I'm gonna save Rose Tyler from the middle of the Dalek Fleet. And then I'm gonna save the Earth. And then, just to finish off, I'm gonna wipe every last stinking Dalek out of the sky!
"

Dalek: "But you have no weapons! No defenses! No plan!
"

Doctor: "Yeah. And doesn't that scare you to death?"

I personally think that this is The Doctor at is finest. When the odds are completely against him, when he doesn't have anything other than his own intelect to help him. His is still The Doctor, the man who can make entire armies run away just with the mentioning of his Name.

If I ever visit Stonehenge, I'd get in _so_ much trouble.
