Thanks for the advice! But to anyone feeling insecure about their body, that person at the club who turned you down because they didn’t like your butt—you don’t need shallow people in your life. My weight goes up and down all the time and I don’t wanna be with someone who will leave me during my flabby years. Workout for your own health and personal satisfaction, not for others.

Awesome exercises!!!! Everybody should do these exercises, there are life saving when you get older. Take it from me I am a nurse in a Geriatric department and hips problems is one of the main disabilities to elders. Thank you so much.

I only started doing hip thrusts since January and it is by far my favourite thing to do. I would love to do barbell squat but since I had surgery on my stomach I now can't do any heavy lifting.

Great content and enjoy another fellow guy out there that appreciates leg/glutes.... 95% of my gym all skip leg

I have currently paused it at 1:13. My favourite part of the body to train has always been legs as doing squats has always been my favourite exercise. So I agree with you, lots of guys neglect the legs However, what I just want to say is that if someone is going to reject a person for under developed gluts or because they don’t have enough muscle, the only ones who will be losing out is the person rejecting you. My advise to anyone who trains. Do it for you, not for some guy you hope will like you or girl. You will enjoy the workout better when you are doing it for the right reasons. And yeah, Don’t skip leg day:)
