High Intensity Pre-Season Fitness Drill, With a Ball!

Your pre-season is in full swing, you need to get players building fitness and improving ball work, this high intensity drill has you covered!

Players conduct shuttle runs to the 6 yard box, penalty spot, 18 yard box, half way line and opposite goal line.

Each shuttle alternates between full speed and recovery. When a player arrives at a ball they dribble it for the next shuttle at whatever pace they are meant to be doing.

Increase difficulty by completing in reverse, immediately after the last shuttle.

Coaches can alter this drill depending on the age group and space available to them.
