You can fish for wild caught salmon on Lake Michigan charter boat, in many Oregon rivers during spawning, they are a really enjoyable catch and fileted meal.

i eat most on these foods and agree with your comments sounds very sensible, capers, olives, lentils, bean mix, jalapenos, crunchy straight peanut butter , all those in vinegar, pears help my movements at 76 in aussie, great straight forward info.

Ive heard cheese contains insulin IGF-1 that is similar to the insulin We have in our body and also that it is inflammatory and can raise testosterone my favorite food is cheese and i can live on it but i have pcos and is so scared of it 😅

I have always loved olives! currently I have them as a side with my lunch. And I add coconut oil to my coffee. I tried keto coffee but the butter got to be too much. thank you for the video!
