What to Try if Your TV Cannot Find Channels

Also I have a set top BT box (old one) and could watch most channels through it I was annoyed that after a software update from Samsung (I think) I lost all the Freeview channels i tried this solution and it worked, been battling with that for the last 2 days, receiving only Samsung TV plus 4000 channels and TV telling me the signal was poor but the TV in the bedroom was working fine with the same antenna. So I unplugged the aerial cable at the back of the tv went to home then settings then broadcasting (or sometimes directly to autotune) then autotune and chose option analogue and digital while the aerial was off and then scan so only the TV plus channels showed because it is through the internet. Then went back to settings plugged back the aerial and same process to scan again then magique happened all the channels were back on. Thank you Argos for this video very helpful.😊

Had antenna going to vcr then out to tv, used to work ok, but for some reason some channels quit picking up, so I had to run antenna strait to tv and then I got channels back...

LG made a product with hundreds of user-controlled transitions between hundreds of user-controlled states, BUT THEY DIDN'T INCLUDE A FLOW CHART! That is stupid and it will hurt the brand.

what is meant by "aerial?" Do you mean the coaxial cable that screws into the antenna threaded screw?

myslef does not have antena, myself does have cable, and it does not work

Didn't work. I can't get channel 2. I was getting it when I had to buy a new antenna. I can't count how many times I did this and it never brought my channel 2 back. 😢😢
