Tapping the Fuel Pump if fitted from the top or Tap the Tank if Pump is fitted from the side has saved me a few times
As we know nowadays Pumps are in the Tank, and its the Fuel that keeps them cool, a very low tank of petrol on a very hot day, and your pump will stop

Make sure u drive around with a set of tools to remove seats and bolts to get to it

You don’t have to tare your interior apart! Just go below and wack the tank a few times!

First thing you got to do is a pressure test to see if it is your fuel pump da . and there is no pressure check a fuse if it ain't the fuse check the relay then go to your fuel pump again I say duh

My Ford Escape 2018 fuel pump is going bad now🤬😩😭 it’s making a very loud humming noise from the tank. And acts as if it wants to shut down, so I just pull over and cut the car off for about 20mins till I think the pressure drops and then it starts right up as if nothing happened. I gotta get this fixed asap! Don’t want to break down with my kids in the car.
