Yes!! I 've been "speaking'" with my cat like that! We would go back and forth with that exact sound! It would last for 3-4-5 min! I always felt wholesome after our "conversation". He would be extra cuddly then.

My cat was sleeping on my lap, i did this and she just sliwly lifted her head to look at me, closed her eyes and started purring without moving her head any further. This is magical, i feel extremely loved

Another way to tell a cat I love u is u blink ur eyes slowly for 1 second

One of the boys(Smokey) he’s a solid grey cat does this to me all the time. He’s a little special and never stops wanting attention. He’ll yell at you until you pick him up and then he’ll do this the entire time.

My cats do this to me all the time when i first come home from work!! They want to tell me they love me and missed me i think ❤ I always do it back to them and they headbutt me for kisses
