I really admire Les’ discussion of Todd Standing’s work. I think he is spot on with his assessment. Very good interview, guys!

As a man that was raised in rural Appalachia Pennsylvania, I spent most of my childhood and adult years in the woods; hiking, hunting, fishing.. I never gave this subject a second thought until I had a bizzare encounter in the summer of 2022 in Rothrock State Forest in PA. Woods dropping completely silent on an otherwise lively sunny summer day up to that. Caught a half second glimpse of a figure standing roughly 50 yards away. Feeling of being watched and feeling of dread. To summarize the entire expereince it was pretty odd, and my friend and I didnt speak about it on the entire 1.5 hour drive back.

The real thing that opened my eyes and made me a firm believer is when my 2 best friends and I were paced out of the woods after a grand total of 7 large rocks (maybe 40lbs or more each) were thrown very close in our direction and we essentially ran a few miles out of the woods.

It was brilliant! Love a bit of Les Stroud ❤ He is one of the Only Sasquatch Enthusiast's that I would love to sit down with and explain how it all fits together

Wonderful interview with Les. He always tells you how he thinks on given subjects. Keeps an open mind.
I always wondered what he would think of me for screaming back at the Sasquatch I encountered one night at very close range 41 years ago in East Texas. It's guttural yell literally shook my body to the bone it was so close to me. Looking back on my experience I always wondered why the darn thing just didn't reach down and crush me like twig before I turned and walked, not run, down that dirt road.
Again, I loved the interview! Cheers! 🥂👍👣

I am amazed thar Les has never seen one as much as he has been out and about in the wilderness.

Finally I agree with somebodys ideas an exspeariences with these beings, right on Les

Ive seen these beings multiple times and like Les says, as i look back, they have always been there around me and you do have to be open minded to accept the reality of a spiritual/physical being living on the outskirts of our society. Thanks for having Les on here, im big fan of survivorman and the Sasquatch topic. ❤ From Michigan

It is impossible to fill a glass that is already filled. I completely agree with Mr Stroud when he says that “Finding Bigfoot” is the worst thing to happen to Sasquatch research.

It's the truth, nobody is an expert and none of us know a darn thing about these creatures. I have a clan we've dealt with for 8yrs. I was a firm believer they're all flesh and blood, but I've had encounters I can't explain. It doesn't make sense to my mind. I've come to the conclusion, they just are! We will continue to investigate, spend time in the woods and ask the questions. I'm amazed by them and I enjoy it!

One thing i like about Survivorman he’s real nothing fake about Les, gotta give him that. And what he said about Joe Rogan, he hit the nail on the head, I’ve lost a lot of respect for Joe, like Les said he acts like teenager lately, he’s bullying or people around, even good decent women, it was shameful to watch, but when Mike TYSON a guest on Joe’s show he’s like a little puppy eating out of Mike hand 😅I kid u not.

I will give Les credit for opening my eyes to the reality of the Bigfoot phenomenon. I can still remember seeing Todd Standing's video of the female scanning for what she knew was out there and feeling the hair stand up on my neck as she did so. Also, hearing Scott Carpenter's recording of that irate sounding interaction between two creatures...another poignant moment of realization. Thanks Les, it invoked a deep dive that has been and still is enthralling in its complexity and magnitude.
