Im on day 5 and its a lot harder than i thought. Finally decided to quit since cannabis started to derail my life. The night sweats, chills, headaches, irritation, trouble sleeping, and no energy after waking up are brutal. Cannot believe i was smoking for 8 continous years. Remember, its for the better of our health and future. We got this! Stay strong!

People leave a like and comment for the algorithm after watching, it's the least we can do. Content like this has to be brought to mainstream so people understand more about addictions that are misunderstood mostly by people. It will make countless peoples lives easier

It almost happened to me last week...3 weeks in, and then I have a total fallout with my brother after discovering he was both lying and backstabbing me the last 6 months over an already sensitive dysfunctional family matter. I didn't do it, cause I remember smoking won't make the problem disappear, and I wasn't going to fool myself.

Day 35. Still on the cigs. But I'm off the weed and its getting easier. High dose vitamin C, B12 sublingual, B2, and a few others. Ordered quercetin as well. So glad I'm still clean.

Thank you my dearest friend. This channel and comment section are a safe haven for me. THANK YOU!

I quit vaping/nicotine in 2019. The day I threw away my vape, my cat got super sick and had to go to the vet, and it cost me a lot of money. So I was emotionally and financially rocked. My partner at the time said, “I wouldn’t judge you if you need to go get some nicotine, ” and I replied, “Something bad will happen no matter what, I may as well begin today when probably one of the worst things that might happen while trying to quit is going to happen.”

In September I will be nicotine-free for 4 consecutive years.

Today I am 18 consecutive days sober from weed and alcohol. I’ve had a few very stressful days where all I want to do is pop a gummy or take a hit off the bong. I’ve managed to resist and plan to keep going.

The secret definitely is figuring out ways to cope. For me, journaling is an invaluable resource. I also take walks and clean my house when the craving strikes. Find what works for you.
