The Easy Way To Stop Smoking Book:

It’s day 2 for me, I’ve never felt worse in my life. I’m experiencing several symptoms at once, I’ve been smoking 🥦 for 4 years but recently I’ve been vaping THC. It’s expensive and I go through a bottle a day! I’d be high 24/7, as I work from home. I didn’t choose to quit, I was forced by the fact I’m broke af. I’m glad though! Best thing to happen to me, I’ve never been more miserable but I’m keeping an open mind. I don’t want to feel this way again so I’m hell-bent I’m not relapsing. Good luck everyone! Keep it up, it’s not worth it! 🙏💗

It’s day 3 for me and anger is coming thru full force 🤬🥵😢😣 at night is when it’s the worst when I can’t sleep and depression. This channel helps all of us more than you’ll know! I really appreciate all the support from everyone, I’m still holding on strong 💪🏻

I’ve smoked for 50 years now. With a few breaks along the way, because of incarcerations due to drugs and alcohol use. I smoked VERY heavy. 7 7 days a week from morning until night. Now I’ve finally come to a point in my life to where I’VE HAD ENOUGH!! I’M FULL!! 🥴🤕🤮🥵
So, my first day starting to quit is going to be on January 9th.

13 DAYS WITHOUT USING any products. This has been going on years. Thank you so much, your videos are the reason and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it. One tip, I got rid of everything and stay busy until the dispensaries close. Late night is definitely the hardest.

I felt like my addiction had no hope it wasn’t giving me everything I wanted even if I smoked all the time. I’ve watched your videos over a year or two now. Ngl I relapsed a couple times but your videos honestly help me identify what to do throughout the process and be more comfortable because 90% of it is anxiety when you quit weed. Your videos are so much more important than anyone thinks they are. Your videos are unique. Reaching a REAL and UNIQUE audience. I’m glad you continue to make videos it helps people like me more than anything. I take this shit over my doctor when it comes to weed because let’s be real doctors don’t really understand withdrawl because side effects can be determined as a ton of other things so it’s “unidentifiable” in 2023. So while construction is underway YOU are the PRIME EXAMPLE of how people should be handling this sort of situation. P.S Blows my mind that medical professionals get confused every time you mention weed lol.. it’s almost like they weren’t taught it…. Oh wait..?😳
