How to Fix the Audio and Video out of Sync Error on Windows 10 [Tutorial]

DUDE!! OMG!! NO!! I've been having this problem for a LONG LONG time. Maybe 2 years and I had NO idea what it was. I uninstalled all browsers, attempted the first part of letting windows update drivers but it said it was "already updated", I factory reset my computer, tried new speakers, read so many tech forums with other people having similar issues, adjusted settings to browsers, and nothing ever worked. nothing here helps. I use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, vivaldi, Safari, Brave & Opera and with all the video is slightly delayed to the audio on youtube.
On any other site it is synced fine just not on Youtube.
We own 3 PC's (all under 3 years old running i5 8th gen, i5 9th Gen both with 2Gb Graphics cards & 16Gb DDR4 Ram & an i7 10th Gen with an 8Gb Graphics card & 32Gb Ram) and the problem is the same on all 3

So...after I did this I lost all sound completely. Fixed by deleting the device and fondling some drivers.
