LOve your workout, slow and quick. Helps to remember movements better. Easy to follow. Sometimes music is too modern for me, prefer older ones, but this is ok. Hope to see more.Happy New Year! Yor are a nice team)

I’ve mostly been learning salsa and swing, but saw this video and decided to give it a go, and I’m really enjoying it! BTW, I also do spinning bikes and go running so I don’t usually get winded 😅

Thanks Amanda. I've already learned basic Bachata, Salsa and Samba because of you. This routine, Jive, would be my next. The rhythm is similar Cha-Cha: 1-2 3&4.
