*********** // VIDEO DESCRIPTION // **********

The BICEPS fascia has connections to your elbows and wrists, shoulder, middle back and neck. This particular technique has the power to get into the INSIDE of your biceps tissue, where a lot of muscle attachments live near your shoulder joint.

You can effectively target certain shoulder impingement issues, rotator cuff issues and all kinds of upper body pain with this technique. Specifically, you can target your biceps and attachments, lat attachment and teres major attachment with this, and possibly get into your pec and deltoid attachments as well.

For FULL solutions to all of the issues mentioned, you would want to add in other fascia release techniques, like:

I was doing some other fascia release today and decided to add this, too. It feels so good afterward! I appreciate this technique because it's accessible even for me. 😊

I swear I feel blood flow into the back of my right shoulder blade after doing this! Woah. Thank you, Elisha, you are an earth angel warrioress helping me get back my angel wings 🤣💖 I’m so excited to keep doing this one and see how my shoulders release. Left one is so tense, even though I’m right handed!

Also, I started a YouTube channel too, and I can relate to your message and how much comments etc help to keep going, it’s not easy ! I hope your techniques help me heal thoracic outlet syndrome I got whilst practicing as a massage therapist . Best wishes to you x

Two years ago I injured my shoulder in an above head arm movement and this stiffness/tightness has been gradually growing downward into the arm. Doing various things for fascia including yoga and nutrition. Just tried your movement and even without the ball I could feel that "clunk" instantly melt away! Thanks and subscribed ❤ Lajo from India
