I can't understand why people are so negative about this video. Blaming corpatations and rolling your eyes at what could one day be a reality is an easy task, but its an even easier task to just put hand up and take some resposability. This is your future people.

A great video👍
I'm adding a few easy tips.
1. Don't throw away food!
2. Stop littering!
3.If you can, use tap water!
4. Stop shopping for pleasure, things that you never use and just throw away!
5.Try shopping second hand!

@AlexKalicinski Point 2 of this video was about reducing waste. This is a guide for everyday people to help keep the oceans healthy. Even if you manage to get rid of all the rubbish in the Pacific, it's not going to do any good if people continue to throw stuff into the ocean. Prevention is the best cure.

I do, do my part in keeping the Earth safe. But only a few are willing to do so. If only everyone has the same thinking and maturity, the Earth would be able to last long.

@AlexKalicinski Lessing demand will eventually reduce the amount of fish being caught.

I’m surprised this doesn’t have more likes.
It’s sad that this video has only been seen by a few thousands of people but if you clicked on a video of a Kardashian doing their make up it would be upwards into the millions. Smh

People are just as guilty as corporations!!!! It is our way of living and our consumerism that drive forward corporations! If you americans drove less SUVs, the demand for oil would be reduced! If you stopped buying stuff for style, trend, then you only encourage corporations!

How about we all stop fishing for 1 year and let the fish population grow again!!!

@TrueGreatness73 i know we "normal ppl" do the least amount of damage and we are the only ones that help...but what about those oil companies? its so frustrating how companies just do what they please

@matthewlovesbritney many people (typically around the islands) don't have a choice - they have to eat fish. the main problem is the human population is increasing way too much and too quickly.

@ToUnpathedWaters Honestly there are more positive things you can do to help the pacific ocean. For one waste managment. There is a continent of garbage in the pacific rift. I think working on cleaning that is more important.

@TrueGreatness73 Not everyone cares about the ocean. Even though you may care there are small time fishers who need the ocean to eat and instead of caring they just fish longer, and look for more fish to eat.
