One thing everyone should know about palm plants, they are absolute sunlight lovers. The more sunlight they get the happier they are. Hot direct sunlight sees them happiest. They can’t tolerate the cold, as soon as temperatures get freezing they need to be moved indoors. I live in the north. In summer I put my palm outdoors for direct sunlight. Come winter I bring it inside.

I agree with the mist bottle, humidifier, do not place in direct sunlight-pick a corner, and check that soil

My experience is.. keep the plant in relative constant temperature location, avoid direct sunlight n water everyday under well drained soil. I follow "expert advice initially on weekly watering n the leaf goes brown almost immediately in 2 to 3 days time.
