I started crying when he mention "May I feel safe". This past year and a half has been hard and I had very few moments that I felt safe. The phrase "May I life at ease" helped me calm down and feel at peace with myself. Thank you

Dude I didn't know this could be so deep and intense, the moment he said picture yourself as a kid I started crying so bad, at the end I felt less tension and lots of peace, it was such a healing sensation that i didn't know i needed.

This was a very emotive meditation for me, sadly my childhood visualisation wasn’t happy and it wasn’t safe. I had nobody to ask that question to :( my inner child still suffers as a consequence.
Nonetheless I found once I moved the question to the present that I could ask those same questions.
