Currently I have exactly 3 REITs in my portfolio. They are: AMT, PLD and SPG.
I'm looking to add a couple more until I reach 12% in REITs, so thanks for the video. I liked O.

Why would you hold a reit with less than 6% div if you get taxed thirty % honest question 🙋‍♂️

VICI only pays quarterly at .42 cents per share per quarter. I would pass on this one. Prologis Inc is way too expensive at $ 120.00 per share. The dividend is 0.96 per quarter and the dividend increase is below 7 years. I will only invest if the dividend increases are at 7 years or more. I do own O# Realty Income trust.

O and VICI are very straight forward to me. I don’t completely understand PLD so I am into EPRT. Restaurants, car washes, and convenience stores. It provides the dividend and the growth potential that you can see just driving around your nearest city.

I have O, Vici, and STAG. I also have AMT and DLR. I’m thinking of selling one. Lots to keep up with.

My 3 is O, EPR, & and STAG, but you have definitely convinced me that PLD is a better buy then STAG.

Excellent video. Realty Income is the only REIT that I own so far, but I will definitely take a closer look at Vici and Prologis. I really like that CAGR for Prologis.

Realty Income is my largest portfolio holding making up 6.52% of the portfolio. VICI presently is 1.73% of the portfolio, but as it should be going ex-dividend on or about the 21st of September, I'll probably back the truck up, albeit a small truck and grab some more shares. I don't think I've seen a prettier chart on Seeking Alpha than one for VICI properties. Two Strong Buys and a Buy and sweet looking dividend grades. I don't have any shares of Prologis, but I do have STAG and WPC in the REIT space as well. As always I enjoy your content and look forward to the next installment.

Thanks, Mark, for another great REIT investment ideas video presentation. I currently own O and VICI, and may add to my holdings in those two REITs at their current depressed stock prices. PLD is also an excellent REIT in the warehouse and logistics space but the dividend yield is just too low for me.

I love to invest in Reits. I own a lot of them. My top 3 so far are PECO, PLD and VTR.

I just love your content. What another great video. My three would be: EQIX, PLD, VICI, very close to yours, but Data Centers are so hot, my 4th would be either O, EXR (love the public storage REITS) or INVH, there is a housing shortage and I love how they are targeting the 16 hot markets, but I own all of these, including Reality income. Thanks a bunch; I'm also named Mark. I just switched from subscribed to getting all notifications when new videos hit

WPC took quite the beating today. O is also down. When stock price is down, dividend yield (percentage) is up. 2024 will be rough for REITs. Would love to see a comparison on STAG vs PLD. Love VICI.

Prologis is $98 and change today. Aren't I just a hopeless arm chair quarterback? Interest rates, at the long end, have risen nicely since you uploaded this video. It caught everyone by surprise....

I don't have three yet. But the only REIT I currently hold is LAND. Commercial tenants leave and go out of business, and some people may have to cut out their trips to the Vegas strip, but producing food is never going to go out of style no matter how bad things may get. 😉
