About me:

The first time I bought Tesla stock was in the beginning of 2019 (adjusted for the current stock split of 2022 August - under $20 dollars per share). I purchased it because at that time for the first time it was absolutely clear to me that Tesla will be profitable and bankruptcy is no longer a concern. My personal belief is that even though the stock went up a lot, I still personally believe it is strongly underpriced, but only if you are a long term investor.

I would take Cathie Wood with a grain of salt. Other than her original call on Tesla hitting $3000, her track record is abysmal.

I also truly believe in solid future of Tesla. but we don't have to hold it at all time at any price. Why on earth do we have to bear 80% drawdown if we can sell and re-buy the same one stock, with some knowledge of technical analysis, and get much richer? Basically, we just actively, in not-too-fast-not-too slow timeframe, allocate cash and Tesla stock proportion.

Kind thoughts on the Tesla Economist Matt, you are a true gentleman. I blocked him on Twitter as he was spreading such fear and bad vibes. It shows how hard investing is to do. Buffet is good at what he does because he understands how to make informed decisions, then hold and not panic. Only quit your position if things fundamentally have changed. I think the last thing you want is to let someone else influence you through their irrationality. I think the personality types that people are is a big informant on their likely failings and vulnerabilities. Tesla Economist is the highly detail type that becomes overwhelmed due to the details and the conflicting data. With all of us our strength can become our weekness. If you are self aware you have a chance. If you are not, you likely die figuratively.
