15-20 REITs is quite huge number. It requires a lot of work to keep on track with that big investment portfolio

Suggestion.. It would be helpful if you put the REITS you discuss in the subject line. usually it is flashed on the screen so you have to go through the entire video to find out what REITs you discussed. There should at least be a segmented time line. It is difficult to go back to your videos to find a specific REIT you discussed. I think you would get more views if you did this.

I'm so happy that didn't buy $RICK. No bottom for the stock, crashing like $SAFE. I unfortunate $SAFE bagholder, it was pumped on SA. The same was with $MPW. And now $RICK.

As for BSR as a small cap, and the board having a bigger stake, what to do if the price comes just more down and then it is privatised by its main shareholders below my aquisition price? As i am not very deep in reading too much about my investments, i prefer just bigger players that make it more easy for me to follow the news, for exapmple PLD, MAA, O.

During RICK’s latest earnings call the CEO mentioned that earlier they had planned for casinos to open by late 2024, but now expect that those wouldn’t be open for a few years. That’s one major reason why the stock crashed.

Discovering stuff isn't too hard for me but evaluating is.
I can't see, what is a crappy REIT and what is a good one.

I have been looking into these high yield ones, of which many sit in Europe.
REITs are not my only investment: I got 11 sectors.
But the REITs are my "dare" section.

Altarea - 7.7% - mixed property in France
Clipper Realty - 9.9% - Residential NY
Icade - 17, 4% - Biggest French REIT which took a dive due to interest raises
Medical Properties Trust - 11.8% - Health, net-leased hospitals in the US
NSI n.v. - 7.7% - Dutch Shops and Offices
Pebblebrook Hotel - 7, 6% - Hospitality West Coast US
Triple Point - 9.3% - UK Social housing
Uniti Group - 18.5% - US Cable and Fiber

I'm very curious about your findings

Thanks for the video. One difference I see between RICK and traditional REITs is that it pays out very little in dividends. Is that why it's not structured as a REIT, and do you think it's advantageous? (i.e., retaining earnings to fund future acquisitions)

Hi Jussi, thanks for your videos. I entered into RCI a bit too earth and I am down about 20%, however even if it has a higner risk profile than I usually accept, I am intending to dollar averaging down until hopefully the price will recover. Ciao
