This 10 minute walking routine is perfect to do at home to increase your daily steps, lose weight, tone up or just get moving. My added exercises give it a twist that make it fun while helping you increase your strength. You do not need any equipment just some space.

I do this workout right out of bed, and that wakes me up big time. It is just enough to start my heart and brain for the day! Thank you for your positivity, it really is enjoyable.

Love your workouts when i feel lazy but want to move my body. They get my heart rate up just enough.
But i wish you’d make a series of no music workouts

Just found you and love the 10 min exercises. I can easily do 2-3 10 min ones vs a 30 min for some reason I can keep going another 10 min
